Guest Speaker: Vinetta Sanderson
Vinetta was raised in a godly Christian home in southern Manitoba, accepting Jesus Christ as her personal Savior at the age of 5, but in rededication, making Him Lord at the age of 14. That significant decision formulated the plumb line for all other decisions throughout her life. After high school, Vinetta completed a one year diploma program at Central Pentecostal College (Saskatoon), where she answered the call to partner in ministry, both with God, and following graduation, her new husband, Ira Sanderson. For more than 30 years they pastored and did transition / interim ministry in Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario.
Throughout the years, Vinetta has been privileged to speak and sing at women’s
events, churches, conferences, and retreats. Her genuine love for the Lord and her transparency to share life’s experiences in line with God’s Word, endears her to audiences everywhere she ministers.
Her ‘life’s experiences’ have included the loss of their 5 year old son, her
husband’s battles with cancer, and an extended period of uncertainty and unsettledness in God’s waiting room. In Dec. 2007, her beloved husband was welcomed home to heaven,
leaving Vinetta to carry on life and ministry. She currently is assistant pastor at Kitchener Gospel Temple and was ordained in May 2009. Vinetta speaks from her heart a message of hope in a faithful God.
