Calvary's Values
Values form the mental, emotional and spiritual landscape in which we do ministry as a church. They remind us of what is of prime importance to us, and what inspires our approach to the mission and vision of our church. These deeply held values are what we live, breathe and reflect in all that we are and do.

1. Stewardship We value whole-life stewardship which acknowledges the Lordship of Jesus Christ in every facet of life.

2. People We value people just as they are, appreciating diversity and longing to build authentic and inclusive relationships

3. Relevance We value the relevant communication of God's Word, ensuring that our spirituality is lived out practically in the real world.

4. Expression We value the expression of God's love outside the walls of the church by compassionately meeting needs in our community and the world.

5. Servanthood We value an attitude of servanthood in all that we do, encouraging people's gifts, affirming their participation, and cultivating leaders.

6. Excellence We value excellence as a goal to pursue with our best efforts because the church is the hope of the world.
